'Louie' hits the road in latest episode, and the road hits him right back

In Louie's world, it's all a disappointment — but that's okay.

"The Road Part 1" follows our hapless hero as he embarks on the first leg of a U.S. comedy tour. As usual, things don't go Louie's way, with the comedian enduring an uncomfortable plane ride, living in a sketchy motel, failing to help a lost child, losing luggage and nearly missing another flight. Naturally, these events stress Louie out, but what's more revealing is his reaction after everything dies down: He seems to let it all go.
