Major update in Sofia Vergara's frozen embryo drama -- and it's NOT in her favor!
Last year, the actress was sued by her ex-fiance Nick Loeb to keep her from destroying two frozen embryos the two created.
Now, a judge sided with Loeb, saying that he has the right to fight for the embryos!

On Friday, Superior Court Judge Lawrence Cho ruled that the 39-year-old can file an amended lawsuit seeking custody of the frozen embryos.
According to reports, the Modern Family star's attorney Fred Silberberg valiantly fought against the litigation, arguing in court that Loeb filed the amended lawsuit for attention!
But Loeb's attorney Christina Goodrich says that Nick sees the two embryos as his children, insisting:
"He does believe that they are his daughters."
We're not sure what's to come of this amended lawsuit, but we hope the two ex's can sort this out!
