ATHENS (Reuters) - Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and the European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker are likely to speak by phone in an attempt to break the deadlock over a cash-for-reforms deal for Greece, a Greek state minister said on Saturday.
