Jon Gosselin's Lawyer Responds To His Client's Bid For Full Custody Of Hannah Gosselin — Read The Statement HERE

It looks like Jon Gosselin is serious about gaining full custody of Hannah Gosselin.

On Thursday, we reported that Jon intended to seek full custody of 11-year-old Hannah due to alleged abuse at hands of his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin.

According to the reality star's lawyer, it appears the rumor is actually a reality.

Gosselin's legal rep explained:

"Jon's priority is what is best for the kids... He will fight for them. Jon is currently not commenting on the situation. His focus remains on his children."

Wow, there's a few things to dissect in this statement!

One, the rep said Jon will fight for "them" so that must mean he's going after more than just Hannah! Two, the word "fight" makes it seem like this could be one nasty custody battle!!

We just hope everything works out of the sake of the children...they're what's most important!!
